Andrew Finney
Highly qualified and motivated professionals
Andrew Finney is a Director of School Improvement working across both secondary and primary levels. He has worked in school leadership teams for over 20 years both in the UK and Australia. He has held several leadership positions including two secondary school headships.
Caroline Sherwood
Highly qualified and motivated professionals
Caroline Sherwood is currently a deputy headteacher with over fifteen years leadership experience. Caroline is particularly interested in school improvement - and has worked at both primary and secondary level developing staff and Teaching and Learning practices.
